INI Design Studio is a Multi-disciplinary firm located in India with branches at Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, and London. INI stands for all of their integral themes to their methods of approaching designs such as, inquiry, innovation, imagination, inspiration and more but officially it stands for “Integrated Ideas Design Studio”.
The Gateway Towers is a project that INI Design Studio, Stantec, and Lifang collaborated on. The project was set to be located in Dubai with 72,770,000 SF. The design was split into two main component of commercial and residential. There is a key boutique hotel located on the 50th floor of the commercial tower with a lobby that lifts up into the service spaces such as Health club, spa, food and beverage outlets, and conference center.
