We recently collaborated with William Traill of Pickard Chilton on a Advocet Tower interior render project located in Bethesda, Maryland. Pickard Chilton is a highly regarded international architecture studio. The headquarters located in New Haven Connecticut was founded in 1997. They have won awards such as Innovation of the Year in 2019, Emerging Architects Award 2019 for their firm, as well as dozens of awards for their spectacular projects. They have also published multiple books such as “Pickard Chilton: Architecture” by Mig Halpine.
Advocet Tower is stated to be “a Beacon for Bethesda office space availability” on their site. It is a one of a kind office space that plans on being delivered/finished by Summer of 2121. There are 80+ restaurants within walking distance, a Roof Terrace, a fitness center which we rendered, conference facilities, bike storage, and an AC hotel within it.
We appreciate the modern, sleek and grey blues in the color schemes of these designs which project an sense of welcome professionalism with the accent lighting on the terraces walkway as well as the lobby’s inlay of overhead lighting and logo design. Even the gym has elegant simple strip lighting which wont overwhelm the inhabitants. You can read more about the project discussed in the article by PRNewsWire.
We at Lifang are happy to be able to contribute to the amenity space of an establishment as well known as Bethesda and Pickard Chilton, and believe these designs are a great addition to our already extensive interior render portfolio.
