Unlike most Interior or Exterior renderings, Aerial rendering pricing is more dynamic depending on two key factors, scope of the project and the surrounding Contexts. Obviously the larger the scope of the project the higher the price point, but what most clients don’t realise is that the method in handling the surrounding contexts, could potentially have larger impact on the pricing than the scope of the project.
Generally there are four methods of handling the surrounding contexts, and depending on the method the price could vary or a combination of methods. The standard aerial pricing would cover the first three methods, Gray Massing, Photo-match, and Google Earth.

Photo-match - Most accurate method in handling contexts.
Google Earth - similar to photo-match, better for site-plan with distanced surrounding contexts.
