The Building is set to sit upon 300 feet of private peach isolated with White Stucco and glass, having a roof inspired by the culture of Bermuda. 40% of the residences have already been sold as of June 2017.
Premier Development group and Meridian Realty also completed production of $60 Million Vista Del MAr Luxury condo in Gulf Islands National Shore. Both locations are family friendly atmospheres, and half an hour east from downtown Pensacola. The Meridian has 41 four-bedroom residences, ranging in sizes of 3658-5045 square feet, private elevators, terraces, pristine kitchens, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf. Other Shared amenities are outdoor and indoor pools, cabanas and bungalows, catering, and fitness centers.
